Position Summary

As an Inside Sales B2B Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be tasked with prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads, particularly focusing on C-Level executives.

This role requires a highly motivated, self-starting individual capable of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities from various channels, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, and independent research.

A dynamic personality and the determination to connect with decision makers are crucial for success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • · Generate new business leads and set appointments using various communication channels like · telephone, email, and social media to pinpoint potential prospects within the target market.
  • · Conduct thorough follow-ups on leads and conduct research to uncover potential prospects.
  • · Employ effective questioning techniques to discern client needs accurately.
  • · Identify crucial decision-makers among these prospects to ascertain budget and timeline.
  • · Foster and nurture relationships with prospects by initiating and following up on communications to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • · Collaborate with the Director to expand and strengthen the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets.
Education and Qualifications
  • · Minimum 1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
  • · Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas.
  • · Proven track record of establishing strong client relationships.
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • · Possesses an upbeat, positive, and can-do attitude.
  • · Exceptional at initiating conversations and securing appointments from a cold start.
  • · Highly self-motivated and thrives on challenges.
  • · Exhibits professional phone etiquette.
  • · Displays a career-minded vision.
  • · Excels in handling customer objections and rejection.
  • · Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing preferred.
